Note on Policy on Use by Children
The Website is directed and intended to be used by people who are thirteen (13) years or older. Disclosure to Third Parties
Severance and Waiver:
You understand, acknowledge, and agree that if any provision of these Terms shall be found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
